The publisher KSM Anime announced today that the film classic “AME & YUKI: The Wolfskinder” will be published on 4K-Blu-Ray and Blu-ray in a few months. We summarize all the details for you below.

“AME & Yuki-The Wolfskinder” is expected to appear on September 18, 2025 in an Ultimate Edition that is sold exclusively at Anime Planet and contains the film with German and Japanese setting on 4K-Blu-Ray and Blu-ray.
In addition to a special packaging, Stage Greetings, Extended Trailer, a PR video and a making-of are offered as an extra packaging.
A limited steel book version, which also includes the film on 4K-Blu-Ray and Blu-ray, as well as a standard edition will come to regular trade on the same day. Teaser and trailers are included as bonus material.
The approximately 117-minute evening filler was directed by Mamoru Hosoda (“Belle”) in the Chizu studio and started in the Japanese cinemas on July 21, 2012. A first disc release took place in 2013 by Kazé Anime (Crunchyroll).
