Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts is marking the 15th anniversary of its anime adaptation with a commemorative exhibition in Tokyo this summer. Along with the announcement, a new key visual was also revealed.

Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts (Baka to Tesuto to Shokanju) is a Japanese light novel series written by Kenji Inoue and illustrated by Yui Haga. The series was published by Enterbrain under its Famitsu Bunko imprint, releasing 18 volumes between January 2007 and March 2015.
A TV anime adaptation by studio SILVER LINK aired its first 13-episode season from January to March 2010. This was followed by a two-episode OVA series, Baka to Test to Shokanju: Matsurireleased in February 2011, and a second 13-episode season, Baka to Test to Shokanju: Ni!which aired from July to September 2011. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime.
In addition to the anime, the series got three manga adaptations published by Enterbrain’s Famitsu Comic Clear and Kadokawa Shoten’s Shonen Ace. A PlayStation Portable video game based on the series was also released in December 2012.
The story follows Akihisa Yoshii (the “baka”) of Fumizuki Academy, where students can summon miniature avatars to fight battles based on their academic abilities. Assigned to the lowest-ranked Class F, Akihisa and his underachieving classmates challenge the top-ranking students, aiming to prove that even the so-called worst have a fighting chance.
