Blackpink will be filming a music video this week for its upcoming album, according to label YG Entertainment on Monday.
The quartet is in the final stage of putting together an album, its first in about three years, while continuing its world tour, “Deadline.” Blackpink resumed the tour last week at Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taipei and on Friday heads to Bangkok’s Thai national stadium for three sold-out shows. Next month, the group will visit three cities for seven shows: Jakarta, Indonesia, Singapore and Bulacan, Philippines.
In July, the group dropped the digital single “Jump,” which hit Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 28, and went on to spend nine more weeks, its longest chart run, on the main singles chart.
