Jennie’s promotional videos will be released on Thursday, July 30 (KST), with the catchy slogan, “Absolutely in Seoul.” The first video, “Daltokki,” takes viewers on a journey with Jennie as she visits some of Seoul’s most iconic landmarks, including the stunning Gyeongbok Palace, the picturesque Nodeul Island, and the hip Seongsu-dong area. The second video is set to accompany her song “Seoul City,” which is part of her solo album “Ruby.” The campaign videos will be broadcast globally on digital billboards and TV channels, including in the US and Australia.
Jennie’s new honorary role follows the immense success of her solo album “Ruby,” which reached No. 7 on the Billboard 200 chart. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is currently on their world tour, “Deadline.”
