The streaming service Crunchyroll has announced today that the license on the 28th film has been secured to the “Detective Conan” series and will bring it to the cinema in a few weeks. We summarize.

The 28th “Detective Conan” film entitled “The Flashback of the one-eyed” starts on August 26, 2025 with German and Japanese synchronization in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland in the cinema. An approximately 15-minute preview will be shown on August 2, 2025 as part of Animagic 2025.
The Studio TMS Entertainment was responsible for the production of the strip, in which Katsuya Shigehara (key animation at »Das Black U-Boat«) directed the direction. The evening filler celebrated its Japanese cinema premiere on April 18, 2025.
