And Da and Season 2 was voted as the most anticipated anime of the Summer 2025 season, with over 10,000 people voting in the ranking. It took 6.22% of the votes, with The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity its closest follower.
And Da and is just one of the 16 upcoming sequels coming next season, and it is set to premiere on July 3. Two new trailers were released for the anime recently, and the anime will stream on Crunchyroll, Netflix and Hulu. Hulu also confirmed that Season 2 will premiere with same-day English dubs. Yukinobu Tatsu writes and draws the And Da and manga, which has been serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform since 2021. Nineteen volumes have been released as of April 2025, with Volume 20 set to hit Japanese bookshelves on July 4.
The story follows a high school girl Momo and her classmate Ken Takakura. Momo comes from a family of spirit mediums, while Ken is a follower of the occult. After a challenge gone wrong, Ken (now known as Okarun) gets cursed and ends up with yokai powers.
