Although Crunchyroll postponed the disc release of the fourth “My Hero Academia” film by a month and a half just a few days ago, as a small consolation you can now at least see the first images from the limited steelbook edition.
Disc release in January 2026
“My Hero Academia – The Movie: You’re Next” will go on sale on January 16, 2026, both as a standard version and in a limited steelbook edition. The release was originally scheduled for December 5, 2025.
Both editions are released on DVD and Blu-ray and contain the film either with German voiceover or in the original Japanese sound with German subtitles. Pre-ordering is already possible.
Crunchyroll offers all four films and the first seven seasons of the associated TV series with German dubbing and in the original sound on demand. The eighth and final season has been running in simulcast since October 4, 2025.
