The streaming service Disney+ recently announced that the “Cat’s Eye” remake will be released in two parts. You can find a new trailer below.
Second part from December 2025
The six -part first part of the new series appears between September 26 and October 31, 2025 in a weekly rythm, before the six episodes of the second part from December 26, 2025 to January 30, 2026 are added to the Disney+ catalog in the Japanese original tone with subtitles.
The Lidenfilms studio is responsible for the production of the action anime, in which Yoshifumi Sueda (“Highschool DXD Hero”) directs the script and Hayashi Mori (“Cells at Work! Code Black”) wrote the script.
The Japanese singer Ado contributes the opening song entitled “Cat’s Eye”, which is a reinterpretation of Anri’s title song, which was already heard in the first anime adaptation between 1983 and 1985.

The three Kisugi sisters Hitomi, Rui and Ai run a café called “Cat’s Eye” and at the same time a double life as master thieves. They steal works of art of their lost father Heinz, hoping to find him again.
