It was recently announced through a product listing on the online retailer Amazon that Crunchyroll will soon be releasing the action film “Dragon Ball Super: Broly” in a new steelbook edition. Pre-ordering is already possible.

The new steelbook edition of “Dragon Ball Super: Broly” is expected to be released on Blu-ray on November 21, 2025. This contains the film both in the German language version and in the original Japanese language with German subtitles. You can check out the cover below.
The studio Toei Animation was responsible for the production of the 100-minute evening filler, which celebrated its Japanese cinema premiere in December 2018, and was directed by Tatsuya Nagamine.
In this country, the film has already been released on DVD and Blu-ray under the former Crunchyroll label KAZÉ Anime – including in a steelbook edition, which, however, has a different front design.
