In the latest edition of the anime magazine “Animania” it is reported that the sequel film on “Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid” receives a preview screening in Germany. Below we summarize all the details for you.
Event with guests of honor
The preview screening of “Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: A Lonely Dragon Wants to Be Loved” is planned as part of the Animagic 2025, which takes place from 1 to 3 August 2025 in the Mannheim rose garden. Guests of the responsible studio Kyoto Animation will also be present at the event.
In this, the evening filler, which celebrates its Japanese cinema premiere on June 27, 2025, is currently being directed by Tatsuya Ishihara (“Sound! Euphonium”). Miku Kadowaki (“Tsurune”) contributes the design of the characters.
So far, the anime implementation of “Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid” consists of two TV relays and two OVA episodes, which are available with German and Japanese setting at the streaming provider Crunchyroll.
