The Japanese company Kotobukiya recently announced a new edition of a figure by Izuku Midoriya (Deku) from “My Hero Academia”. We summarize.
Re-release in January 2026
The »Izuku Midoriya-Black Deku version« from the »Artfx J« series is about 29 centimeters tall on a scale of 1: 8 and is made from ABS, PVC, iron and polycarbonate. The figure was published on June 26, 2024.
The re-release is scheduled to take place in January 2026 at the price of 31,818 yen (around 184 euros). Pre -order is soon possible with participating figure dealers, whereby the sales price can vary as usual depending on the provider and country.
So far, the anime implementation of “My Hero Academia” has seven seasons that are available at Crunchyroll with German and Japanese setting. The eighth season starts on October 4, 2025 on Japanese television.
