A new trailer was released today on the official X-Account of the anime adaptation of “Dead Account”. You can watch the video below.
Starting in January 2026
»Dead Account« is produced under the direction of director Keiya Saitou (“Soul Eater”) at the SynergySP studio. Mitsutaka Hirota (“Seirei Gensouki”) is writing the script, while Keiji Inai is composing the music.
The main roles of the Japanese cast include Nobuhiko Okamoto (Katsuki Bakugou in “My Hero Academia”) as Souji Enishiro and Fairouz Ai (Power in “Chainsaw Man) as Kiyomi Urusugawa. The action series starts in Japan in January 2026.
The original manga series of the same name by Shizumu Watanabe has been published in Kodansha’s “Weekly Shounen Magazine” since January 2023. The work is available in stores in this country through Panini Manga with a German translation.
