The 24-part continuation of “The Apothecary Diaries” has been running on Japanese television since January 10, 2025. The two studios Olm and Toho animation are responsible for production, in which Norihiro Naganuma (»Hiyokoi«) direction. The second part starts on April 4, 2025 at Crunchyroll in the Simulcast.
The new opening song »Kusuhiki«, which is presented in the trailer, comes from the band Mrs. Green Apple (»Oblivion Battery«-Opening), while Omoinake (»Horimiya: The Missing Pieces« -Opening) contributes to the ending »Hitorigoto«.
The 24-part first season ran on Japanese television between October 2023 and March 2024 and can already be streamed in German and Japanese at Crunchyroll. The Blu-ray release started on February 21, 2025.
