The Japanese video game developer Hideo Kojima revealed in a recent interview with Vogue Japan that his popular title “Death Stranding” will soon receive an anime project. We summarize.

No details yet

The post-apocalyptic sci-fi hit “Death Stranding” hit high waves at its announcement at E3 2016, because many characters of the video game were depicted by well-known actors and directors, including Norman Reedus (“The Walking Dead”) as the main character and Guillermo del Toro (“Shape of Water”).

It has been known for a long time that the video game is filmed and therefore the interview that Kojima led with Vogue Japan was also about.

When the question of the expansion of “Death Stranding” came up to other media, Kojima revealed that an anime project was already being worked on. However, he left open whether this was created in Japan or abroad.

As soon as there is the first confirmed information on this topic, we will of course keep you up to date as usual.
