On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “A Star Brighter Than The Sun” (Japanese: “Taiyou Yori Mo Mabushii Hoshi”), it was announced today that it starts on October 2, 2025 on Japanese television. There is a trailer below.
Opening presented
“A Star Brighter Than The Sun” is created under the direction of Aya Kobayashi (episode Director at “Higehiro”) in the studio Kai. Yasuhiro Nakanishi (“Mecha Ude”) wrote the script, while Zeng Jinfeng creates the character design.
The opening song entitled “Stellar Days”, which can be heard in the trailer, comes from the Japanese singer Motohiro Hata (Opening song by “Itakiss”). A simulcast has not yet been announced. We keep you up to date.
The original manga series of the same name comes from Kazune Kawahara and has been published in the »Bessatsu Margaret« magazine in Japan since June 2011. The Romance plant is available by Viz Media with English translation.
