On the official X account of the anime implementation of “The Three Mikadono Sisters are Surprisingly Easy” (Japanese: “Mikadono San Shimai Wa Angai, Choroi”), it was announced today that it starts on July 9, 2025 on Japanese television.

“The Three Mikadono Sisters” is created under the direction of Tadahito Matsubayashi (episode Director of “Horimiya”) in the studio Pa Works. Takayo Ikami (“Rewrite”) wrote the script, while Yuusuke Inoue creates the character design.
In the main roles of the Japanese cast, Yoshino Aoyama (Meg Raspberry in “Once Upon a Witch’s Death”) as Miwa Mikadono and Yurina Amami (Fio in “Good Bye, Dragon Life”) can be heard as Kazuki Mikadono. Minami Hinata set to music yuu ayase.
Aya Hirakawa’s original manga series has been published in the »Weekly Shonen Sunday« magazine since December 2021. The Romance Comedy plant is currently neither available with German nor with English translation.

Yuu Ayase is a high school student who is in the shadow of his late mother – a famous actress whose legacy overwhelms him.
After her death, the rich Mikadono family picks him up. From then on he lives with three extraordinary sisters under one roof: Kazuki, a prospective actress, Niko, a talented martial artist, and Miwa, a Shogi genius.
Trust between them grows in everyday life, but could possibly develop even more?
