Japanese publisher SB Creative announced today that the romance-drama novel “Love Unseen Beneath the Clear Night Sky” (Japanese: “Tomei na Yoru ni Kakeru Kimi to, Menimienai Koi wo Shita”) is getting an anime adaptation. We summarize.

The anime adaptation is a series that will soon be broadcast on Japanese television. Further details, such as a start date or who will be involved in the production, are currently pending.
Parallel to the anime, a live-action series was announced, which will begin broadcasting in Japan on December 11, 2025. Riko Nagase portrays the main character Koharu Fuyutsuki, while Kakeru Sorano is played by Taiyu Fujiwara. There is no confirmation of an international release yet.

The original light novel series of the same name was written by Nanigashi Shima and has been available in Japanese stores since August 2023 with illustrations by Raemz. Yen Press has been publishing these in English since January 2025.
