
The video-on-demand service Netflix announced today that the license has been secured on the seventh part of the “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure” anime. You can watch a teaser below in this article.
Starting date still open
The seventh part, who bears the title “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run”, is the sixth season, which is broadcast on Netflix at a time that has not yet been mentioned on Japanese television. Further information is to be announced on September 23, 2025.
As with the predecessors, the David Production is responsible for production, in which Yasuhiro Kimura (“Urusei Yatsura”) and Hideya Takahashi (“Anonymous Noise”) direct. Yasuko Kobayashi wrote the script.
Netflix already has all the previous parts of “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure”, which, like “Steel Ball Run”, are based on the original manga series by Hirohiko Araki, with German and Japanese voice output. The first five parts are also available on Crunchyroll and ADN.
