An entry at Netflix announced today that the streaming service will soon add the anime adaptation of »Made in Abyss« to its program. We summarize the details.
Available from July 2025
Both seasons of »Made in Abyss« can be streamed with German subtitles on Netflix from July 15, 2025, both with German dubbing and in the original sound. Most recently, the series was available in May 2023.
The Studio Kinema Citrus was responsible for the production of the fantasy anime, in which Masayuki Kojima (“My Happy Marriage”) took over the position of the director and Shinya Iino (“Dr. Stone”) acted as assistant director.
The anime adaptation of »Made in Abyss« has so far comprises a total of two seasons as well as two recap movies and a sequel film. The publisher Leonine Anime brought the series and the films on DVD and Blu-ray.
