New details were announced on the official X-account of the anime adaptation of “Even a Replica Can Fall in Love” (Japanese: “Replica datte, Koi Wo Suru.”). You can find a first teaser and a visual below.

“Even a Replica Can Fall in Love” is created under the direction of Ryuuichi Kimura (“Bogus Skill”) in Studio Voil and is expected to start as a series on Japanese television in the course of 2026. Tomoko Shinozuka (“Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World”) wrote the script together with Misaki Morie (“Masamune-Kun’s Revenge”).
In the two main roles of Sunao Aikawa and Nao, Sumire Morohoshi (Shion Kannari in »Vtuber Legend: How I Went Viral After Forgetting To Turn Off My Stream«) can be heard. A simulcast has not yet been announced.
The original Light Novel of the same name by Don Haruna has been released since February 2023 with illustrations by Raemz in Japan. A manga adaptation from Momose Hanada has been published in the »Dengeki Maoh« magazine since April 2023.
