On the official X-account of the anime adaptation of “White Magician Exiled from the Hero Party, Picked Up S-Rank Adventurer” (Jap.: “Yuusha Party where Tsuihou Sareta Hikuma Dushi, S Rank Boukensha Ni Hirowareru”) was released today. You can find the video below.

“White Magician” is created under the direction of Hiroshi Tamada (“Saving 8000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement”) in the Studio Felix Film. Akihiko Inari (»Love Hina«) writes the script while Yuuta Itou creates the character design.
The opening song entitled “Junjou de Are” comes from the voice actor Gakuto Kajiwara (ending of “Black Clover”), which sets the protagonist Lloyd to music in the fantasy series, which starts in Japanese television in July 2025.
The original Light Novel of the same name by Sora Suigetsu has been published with illustrations by Deecha in Japan since November 2020. A manga adaptation by Wasabi Mukuno started in January 2021 in the “Gaugau Monster” magazine.

One day Lloyd, a white magician, is excluded from the hero group. Without a job and perspective, he randomly joins an S-rank adventurer group on a mission. At this point, nobody suspects that the hero group will soon break up – and Lloyd’s advancement to celebrity begins.
