Sony Pictures Entertainment recently announced that “Chainsaw Man The Movie: Reze Arc” will also be seen in 3D format in his theatrical release in the USA. You can find a visual for announcement below in this article.
Film as a 3D experience
While IMAX, MX4D, 4DX and Dolby Cinema have already emerged as established cinema formats for anime films, this cannot be said of RALD 3D. A rare example was »One Piece Film: Gold« in 2016.
With “Chainsaw Man The Movie: Reze Arc”, a large anime brand gives a 3D demonstration again-at least in the US cinemas, such as the film production company Sony Pictures Entertainment, which has global sales rights on the strip, only confirmed a few hours ago.
It is currently unclear whether the canvas branch will also be shown in 3D in this country or in general outside the USA. If there are news in this regard, we will of course keep you up to date as usual.
The German theatrical release of the regular version is planned for October 23, 2025 with German dubbing and in Japanese with subtitles. The previous series can be streamed at Crunchyroll.
