
Two and a half weeks after his premiere, the first “Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle” film was able to secure a place in the top 10 top 10 movements in Japan. We summarize the details below.

After the first part of the “Infinity Castle” trilogy has reached the magical pick-up result of ten billion yen (around 58 million euros) at the box office in a remarkable record time, the film continues as expected.
Just 17 days after the premiere, the strip with impressive 12,558,582 admitted tickets and income of 17,639,557,600 yen (around 103 million euros) made it into the top 10 most successful films ever in Japan – a list that is currently listed by the predecessor “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train”.
The evening filler is currently still in tenth place, but it is probably only a matter of time before that will change. In Germany, the first »Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle« film starts in the cinema on September 18, 2025.
