The publisher Peppermint Anime announced new details on the German Disc release of the sports series »Eyeshield 21«. The design of the first volume was also presented. We summarize all the details below.
DISC release from December 2025
The first volume of »Eyeshield 21« is expected to be available on December 5, 2025 as a Blu-ray. This includes the first 29 episodes with German and Japanese language version. The “early bird phase”, during which you get a 5 % discount when ordering in the Akiba Pass Shop, ends on September 28, 2025.
The second volume appears after current planning on February 20, 2026, followed by the third volume on April 17, 2026. The fourth volume is available from June 19, 2026 before the fifth volume is released on August 21, 2026.
The studio Gallop was responsible for the production of the 145-part series, which was broadcast on Japanese television between April 2005 and March 2008, in which Masayoshi Nishita (“Mokke”) and Shin Katagai (“Cue!”) Directed.
