As part of the Anlex Online Fest 2025, it was announced today that there is currently a new original anime entitled “Inherit the Winds” (Japanese: “Kaze Wo Tsugumono”). There is a first teaser below.

“Inherit the Winds” is a new TV series that is created under the direction of director Tomohiro Kawamura (“Untarou’s Journey”) in the Live2D Creative and Drive studios.
Yutaka Narui wrote the script while Fumi Ebina creates the character design. Shigeru Kishida (composition of the opening song of »Deaimon: Recipe for Happiness«) is responsible for the background music.
Other details, such as the speaker cast or a start date for the broadcast on Japanese television, have not yet been revealed.
