The Japanese company Sega recently presented a new plush figure of the character Maomao from the anime adaptation of “The Apothecary Diaries” (Japanese: “Kusuriya no Hitorigoto”). We summarize.
Release in December 2025
Maomao’s new plush figure is about 17 centimeters tall and is made from the standard material polyester. You can watch a first picture of the product below in this article.
The standard release is planned for December 2025 at a price of 3,960 yen (around 23 euros). A pre-order is expected to be possible shortly with participating merchandise and figure dealers. The sales price can vary.
The anime implementation of “The Apothecary Diaries” comprises two seasons that are available with German language version and in the original sound with subtitles at Crunchyroll. A third season has already been announced.
