Prime Video announces anthology anime “Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26”

The Streaming Service Prime Video announced today that a new anthology series entitled “Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26” will be published on call in around two months. We summarize the details.

Ab November 2025

The anime project is the adaptation of eight short stories that “Chainsaw Man” manka Fujimoto created at the age of 17 to 26. The international publication is planned for November 7, 2025 with German language version and in the Japanese original sound with subtitles.

Each episode is created by a completely different production team in one of a total of six different animation studios:

1. A Couple Clucking Chickens Were Still Kickin‘ in the Schoolyard (Regie: Seishiro Nagaya / Studio: Zexcs)
2. Sasaki Stopped a Bullet (Regie: Nobukage Kimura / Studio: Lapin Track)
3. Love is Blind (Regie: Nobuyuki Takeuchi / Studio: Lapin Track)
4. Shikaku (Regie: Naoya Ando / Studio: Graph77)
5. Mermaid Rhapsody (Regie: Tesuki’s Wanbee / Studio: 100studio)
6. Woke-Up-as-a-Girl Syndrome (Regie: Kazuaki Terasawa / Studio: Kafka)
7. Nayuta of the Prophecy (Regie: Tesuki’s Wanbee / Studio: 100studio)
8. Sisters (Regie: Osamu Honma / Studio: PAWORKS)
