An entry in the ProSieben Fun program plan announced that the Pay TV station will broadcast the Fantasy Action series “Magical Girl Special Ops Asuka” as a German TV premiere in a few weeks. We summarize.
TV premiere in June 2025
“Magical Girl Special Ops Asuka” starts on June 2, 2025 and runs every Monday from 9:40 p.m. in double consequences with German setting on ProSieben Fun. All episodes are already available in Joyn’s media library.
The Lidenfilms studio was responsible for the production of the twelve -part series, in which Hideyo Yamamoto (“My Master Has No Tail”) took on the direction. The first broadcast took place in Japan from January to March 2019.
The publisher Peppermint Anime brought the anime implementation of the manga of the same name in two volumes with German and Japanese language version on DVD and Blu-ray. Crunchyroll also offers all episodes on call.

Undetot creatures threaten the world. They were once defeated by Magical Girls, but they return after three years of peace. Five of these girls again form the Magical Girl Special OPS Force to defend the earth.
