New details about the second season were recently announced on the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Wand and Sword” (Japanese: “Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria”). We summarize below.
Start next year
The second season of the fantasy series »Wandoria: Wand and Sword« will therefore be broadcast on Japanese television in the course of next year. However, a specific start date is still pending.
The studios Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures were responsible for the production of the twelve -part first season, which ran from July to September 2024 at Crunchyroll in the Simulcast. Tatsuya Yoshihara (“Monster Musume: Everyday Life With Monster Girls”) took over the position of the director.
Fujino Oomori’s original manga series of the same name has been published by Toshi Aoi in Japan since December 2020. The work is available under the title »Wistoria: Magic Stand & Sword« from Altraverse with German translation.
