They explained that the pyrotechnics, which a professional company inspected and placed at safe distances, were a “defective product.” The agency apologized deeply to all attendees who felt startled or affected by the sudden event.
According to the company, two fans who were injured received immediate medical help at a temporary on-site clinic before heading home. Pledis Entertainment has promised to support any additional treatments they may need. The agency also announced plans to reach out to fans who attended the concert to check for any other injuries or damages.

One fan shared their experience on social media platform X. They posted photos of a burned shirt and described suffering a second-degree burn, which a burn specialist later confirmed. They also thanked fellow attendees for helping to extinguish the embers that landed on their clothes.
