Weekly Shonen Jump has been one of the biggest manga producers in the world for years, responsible for bringing series like Dragon Ball, One Piece, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisenand many other stories to life. With some big series recently releasing their final chapters, like My Hero Academiathere has been a power vacuum for new manga stories to stand at the top of the charts. One such series has been Kagurabachia sword-slinging series that has become wildly popular long before an anime adaptation hit the small screen.

Burger King is teaming up with Kagurabachi to create a special crossover event that will change some restaurant locations to pay homage to the shonen series, while also offering unique menu items. The collaboration has officially kicked off in Japan, starting today, October 3rd, and will remain until the end of this month when it concludes on October 30th. You can check out the transformed Burger King location in Japan below, along with the new collaboration poster. This team-up goes to show how big Kagurabachi has become, made all the more surprising by the shonen series having yet to receive its own anime.

While this team-up hasn’t been confirmed for North America, there have been various establishments that have paid homage to the anime world erected in recent years. Even if the team-up doesn’t hit the West, it’s worth seeing what menu items Kagurabachi is bringing to Burger King. The current anime meal sets include,

“Set A, the “Flame Smoked Double Cheeseburger,” is an authentic burger made with two flame-grilled 100% beef patties, two slices of rich cheddar cheese, and a layer of pickles for added flavor, topped with a “special smoky mayo sauce,” ketchup, and mustard, all sandwiched between toasted sesame seed buns.”

“Set B, the Flame Smoked Bacon Double Cheeseburger, is an authentic burger made with two flame-grilled 100% beef patties, two slices of rich cheddar cheese, four slices of smoky bacon, and a layer of pickles, topped with a special smoky mayo sauce, ketchup, and mustard, all sandwiched between toasted sesame seed buns.”

“Set C, the “Flame Smoked Chicken Double Cheeseburger,” is an authentic chicken burger made with two crispy chicken patties on the outside and juicy on the inside, topped with two slices of rich cheddar cheese and a pickle for added flavor, and finished with a “special smoky mayo sauce,” ketchup, and mustard, all sandwiched between toasted sesame seed buns.”

As for a Kagurabachi anime, nothing has been set in stone regarding the development of the highly anticipated arrival. In recent months, reports have arrived that production house CyGames Pictures will be handling the eventual adaptation, though an official announcement has yet to be released. Luckily, fans should have plenty of time to catch up on the story of Rokuhira Chihiro as the manga’s chapters are available to read online.
