On the official website of the anime implementation of “Clevatess: The King of Magical Beasts, The Baby, and the Corpse Hero” it was announced today that it starts on July 2, 2025 with a one-hour debt episode. There is a new trailer below.
Anime is created at Lay-Duce
“Clevatess” is created under the direction of director Kiyotaka Taguchi (Monster design at “SSSS.Dynacenon”) in the Lay-Duce studio. Keigo Koyanagi (“Shield Hero”) writes the script, while Souichirou Sako creates the character design.
The ending song “Destiny”, which can be heard in the trailer, is contributed by British pop singer Ellie Goulding, who is known for chart hits such as “Love Me Like You Do”. The opening song »Ruler« comes from Mayu Maeshima.
Yuuji Iwahara’s original manga series of the same name has been published in the “Comic Alive+” magazine and on the “Line Manga” website in Japan since August 2020. So far, the work is not available with German or with English translation.
