On the official X account of the anime implementation of “My Dress-Up Darling” (Japanese: “Sono Bisque Doll Wa Koi Wo Suru”), it was announced today that the second season on July 5, 2025 will be on Japanese television. You can find a new teaser below.

The second season of “My Dress-Up Darling” is again produced under the direction of Keisuke Shinohara (“Blackfox”) in the studio cloverwork. Yoriko Tomita (“Dead Mount Death Play”) writes the script, while Kazumasa Ishida (Animation Director at “I Want To Eat Your Pancreas”) creates the design of the characters.
The opening song “Ao to Kirameki” comes from the Japanese band Spira Spica, which has already sung the opening for the first season. The streaming service Crunchyroll shows the continuation in the original sound with subtitles in the Simulcast.
The twelve-part season of the Romance Comedy series was broadcast on Japanese television from January to March 2022 and is already available at Crunchyroll. A disc release took place in a complete box in May 2025.
