On the official X account of the new anime implementation of “Ranma 1/2” it was announced today that the second season will be broadcast on Japanese television from October 4, 2025. We summarize the details.

The second season of “Ranma 1/2” is again under the direction of Kounosuke Uda (“One Piece”) in the Mappa studio. Kimiko Ueno (“Delicious in Dungeon”) writes the script again, while Hiromi Taniguchi creates the character design.
The new opening song entitled “Wo Aini” comes from Wednesday Campanella (Opening of “Red Cat Ramen”) and the ending song “Panda Girl” is contributed by Nishina. Netflix shows the new episodes in the Simulcast.
The twelve-part first season of the »Ranma 1/2« remake ran in Japan from October to December 2024 and is already available in Germany with German language version and in the original sound with German subtitles on call.
