On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Mechanical Marie” (Japanese: “Kikaijikake no Marie”), it was announced today that it will start on Japanese television in autumn 2025. You can find a first teaser below.

“Mechanical Marie” is created under the direction of Junji Nishimura (“Demon Slave”) in the studios Zero-G and Liber. Mariko Kunisawa (“Handa-Kun”) wrote the script, while Youko Kikuchi (“Sorcerous Stabber Orphen”) contributes the character design.
In the main roles of the Japanese speaker cast, Nao Touyama (Liselotte Cretia in “Seirei Gensouki”) as Marie Evans and Haruki Ishiya (Henry Williams in “i’ll Become a Villainess Who goes down in history”) can be heard as arthur louis zetes.
The original manga series of the same name by Aki Akimoto was published in six volumes in Japanese trade from March 2020 to August 2023. In Germany, Altraverse publishes the work with German translation.
