On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior” it was announced today that the second season starts in April 2026. You can find a first teaser below.
First season at Anverese
The second season of “The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen” (Japanese: “Higeki No Genkyou to naru Saikyy Gedou Last Boss Joou Wa Tami No Tame Ni Tsukushimasu.”) Developed again under the direction of Norio Nitta (“Oddtaxi”) in the studio Olm. Hitomi Mieno writes the script and Hitomi Kouno creates the character design.
In the Japanese cast, the voice actress Fairouz Ai (Yumiella Dolkness in “Villainess Level 99: I May Be the Hidden Boss But I’m not the demon Lord”) can be heard in the role of protagonist Pride Royal Ivy.
The two streaming services Akiba Pass TV and Anverse offer all twelve episodes of the first season, which ran on Japanese television from July to September 2023, in the original setting with German subtitles on call.
