The first season of the cult series “Sailor Moon” is therefore available on ADN with German and Japanese language version from October 29, 2025. When more seasons will appear was not yet announced at the current time.
The Studio TOEI animation was responsible for the production of the 200-part first anime adaptation of »Sailor Moon«, which ran on Japanese television from March 1992 to February 1997. In Germany, the series celebrated its premiere on October 13, 1995 on ZDF before it switched to RTL in May 1997.
A German DVD and Blu-ray release took place through the publisher Crunchyroll. The original Manga series from Naoko Takeuchi is available from Egmont Manga.
