Taito Unveils Two New Chinatsu Kano Prize Figures from Blue Box — Launching November 2025
Japanese figure manufacturer Taito has officially introduced two brand-new prize figures
featuring Chinatsu Kano from the popular sports-romance anime and manga
Blue Box (Ao no Hako). With the series gaining strong global popularity thanks
to its heartfelt storytelling and charming characters, these new figures are already drawing attention
from both collectors and fans of the franchise.
Chinatsu Kano, one of the central heroines of Blue Box, has become a fan-favorite thanks to her
quiet determination, graceful design, and emotional development throughout the story. Taito’s latest
figures aim to capture both her elegant personality and her athletic charm, making them appealing for
display on desks, shelves, or figure collections.
Release in November 2025
Both new Chinatsu Kano figures stand approximately 13 centimeters tall and are produced
using high-quality ABS and PVC materials. Despite being prize figures, they feature clean
sculpting, detailed coloring, and a compact size that makes them ideal for casual collectors and fans
looking for affordable yet stylish character merchandise.
The figures are scheduled to arrive as arcade prize items in Japan in November 2025. As part
of typical prize releases, fans in Japan will be able to obtain them through crane games and amusement
facilities. However, international fans will also have the opportunity to purchase them from anime
and figure retailers once pre-orders go live. The final retail price may vary depending on the store,
region, and shipping costs.
Blue Box currently has a successful 25-episode first season, available on
Netflix with both German and Japanese dubbing. A second season is already in production,
continuing the romantic and sports-driven story between Chinatsu, Taiki, and the rest of the cast.
Meanwhile, the original manga by Kouji Miura is officially published in German by
Carlsen Manga, further helping the series build its international fanbase.

to choose their preferred style — or complete the set with both figures. Even as prize items, they
maintain a strong balance between affordability and visual appeal.
