Real estate group Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (ISIN: US8754651060, NYSE: SKT) increased its quarterly dividend by 10 percent from $0.20 to $0.22 per share. The next dividend will be paid on November 15, 2022 (record date: October 31, 2022).

Calculated for the year, 0.88 US dollars are paid out. At the current price of $15.47 (as of October 11, 2022), this equates to a current dividend yield of 5.69 percent.
