A product listing on Amazon revealed that Crunchyroll will be releasing the film “My Hero Academia – The Movie: You’re Next” on DVD and Blu-ray in just a few weeks. We summarize.

“My Hero Academia – The Movie: You’re Next” will be released on December 5, 2025 in a limited steelbook edition that contains the evening filler with German and Japanese language versions. A standard edition will also go on sale on the same day. Details about the extras are still pending.
The Bones studio was responsible for the production of the film, which celebrated its cinema premiere in Japan in August 2024, with Tensai Okamura (“The Case Study of Vanitas”) taking over the position of director.
Crunchyroll offers all four films and the first seven seasons of the associated TV series with German dubbing and in the original sound on demand. The eighth and final season started in simulcast on October 4, 2025.
