The Apothecary Diaries Season 2 has revealed a preview trailer and images for Episode 23 (Episode 47 overall). The anime is returning after a 1-week break, with the new episode set to premiere on June 28. It will stream on Crunchyroll and Netflix (in Asia). The episode is titled “The Shi Clan.” There are two episodes left, with the finale set to air on July 4.

Natsu Hyuga writes the The Apothecary Diaries Light Novel, With illustrations by Toko Shino. It is serialized by shunfunotomomomo. The series has 2 manga adaptations, one written by the itsuki nanao and illattracted by Nekokurage, and one written and illattraated by Minoji Kuta.
J-Novel Club is publishing the novel in English, while Squre Enix is publishing the manga. The story follows Maomao, a young apothecary who ends up getting sold to the emperor’s palace as a lowly servant. As she isn’t the type of character to just stay obedient, she ends up helping Jinshi, the handsome official at the palace. She ends up promoted, and now has plenty of adventures there, all the while accidentally making Jinshi fall for her more and more.
