
On the official X account of the »Digimon« franchise, it was announced today that the new anime series »Digimon Beatbreak« will be broadcast on Japanese television from October 5, 2025. There is a first trailer below.
New series from TOEI animation
“Digimon Beatbreak” is created under the direction of Hiroaki Miyamoto (“One Piece Film: Gold”) in the Studio Toei Animation. The script is written by Ryouta Yamaguchi (“Glitter Force Doki Doki”), while Takahiro Kojima creates the character design.
The new series revolves around Tomoro Tenma, which is moved into a world by a new AI device in which Digimon develops through emotional energy-and fights against threatening monsters together with the Golden Dawn team. Miyu Irino (Shouya Ishida in “A Silent Voice”) sets the protagonist to music.
In the other leading roles, Megumi Han (Kana in “Oshi no Ko”) as Gekkomon, Tomoyo Kurosawa (Amiya in “Merckltts”) as Reina Sakuya, Mutsumi Tamura (Clevatess “) as Pristimon, Arisa Sekine (Haruto in” Pokémon “) as Makoto Kuonji and Yrohei Azakami (Hashimoto in “Classroom of the Elite”) can be heard as Kyo Sawashiro.
A simulcast has not yet been announced. Of course, we keep you up to date as usual, this should change.
