A live voting has been carried out on the English-language website ranker.com for some time, in which fans from all over the world can vote for the best anime films ever. The current interim result of September 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. is available below.

Among other things, the Ghibli classics “Chihiro’s trip to Magic Land”, “Princess Mononoke” and “The Kingdom of Cats” as well as the Makoto-Shinka-films “Weathering with you” and “Your name.”
