A product entry at Amazon announced today that Crunchyroll will publish the third season of “That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime” (my rebirth as a mucus in another world) on DVD and Blu-ray.

The first volume of the third »Tensura« relay, which contains the first six episodes with German and Japanese synchronization, is available as DVD and Blu-ray in stores from September 5, 2025. As an extra there is a collective slip, the Recap episode 48.5 and trailer.
Studio 8-bit was responsible for the production of the 24-part third season of the fantasy series, which was broadcast on Japanese television from April to September 2024, in which Atsushi Nakayama (“Absolute Duo”) directed.
All three seasons of the anime adaptation of “That Time I got Reincarnated as a slime” are available together with the first movie at Crunchyroll. A fourth season and another evening filler are in the works.

After his sudden death, the ordinary office worker Satoru Mikami is born in a fantasy world as a mucus monster. Under the name Rimuru Tempest, he gains unique skills that enable him to absorb other beings and take over their strength.
With his new life, he pursues the goal of creating a peaceful homeland for all breeds – but there are many dangers and powerful enemies on his way.
