TOKYOPOP and Kinokuniya USA Launch Art Exhibit Celebrating 1.7 Million Sold Copies of Lullaby of the Dawn

TOKYOPOP and Kinokuniya USA have announced a special art exhibit tour celebrating the manga Lullaby of the Dawnwhich has surpassed 1.7 million copies sold globally. The exhibit, titled Scenes from Lullaby of the Dawnwill visit eight Kinokuniya store locations across five U.S. states during July and August.



Exhibit Schedule:

  • Katy, TX: July 3-13 (finished during Anime Matsuri)
  • Los Angeles, ca: July 3-13 (during Anime Expo)
  • Austin, TX: July 18-27
  • Santa Anita, ca: July 18-27
  • Atlanta, Ga: August 1-10
  • San Francisco, ca: August 1-10
  • New York, NY: August 21-31 (during Anime NYC)
  • Seattle, WA: August 21-31

Originally published in Japan by ShuCream, Lullaby of the Dawn follows the story of Elva, a cursed warrior priest known as a “kannagi,” and Alto, a young man devoted to changing his master’s dark fate. The series is published in English by TOKYOPOP under its LoveLove imprint and won first place in the Best Comic category of the 2022 Chill Chill BL Awards.
