WEBTOON Entertainment has announced an expanded partnership with Dark Horse Comics, bringing multiple globally popular franchises to its English-language platform. The new collaboration will introduce The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, Critical Role: The Mighty Nein Origins, The Legend of Korraand Plants vs. Zombies™ to WEBTOON’s vertical-scroll format, with releases scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025.

The upcoming Dark Horse titles on WEBTOON include:
- The Witcher
- The Legend of Korra (Vertical Scrolling Format Exclusive)
- Critical Role: The Mighty Nein Origins (Vertical Scrolling Format Exclusive)
- Cyberpunk 2077
- Plants vs. Zombies™ (Vertical Scrolling Format Exclusive)
The Dark Horse expansion follows a broader push by WEBTOON to reformat and distribute popular licensed IP to its global webcomic audience. Earlier this year, WEBTOON introduced vertically reformatted versions of Fullmetal Alchemist and From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman manga series.
In addition, WEBTOON recently announced its upcoming participation in Anime Expo 2025 this July in Los Angeles, where it will debut on the convention floor and host a series of panels and creator appearances, including the first-ever U.S. apperance by Tower of God creator SIU.
Specific release dates for the new Dark Horse titles will be announced at a later date.
