Would All Might Survive In These Anime Universes?

The world of Japanese anime is ripe for “what if” scenarios, such as dream matchups like Goku vs Saitama or Naruto Uzumaki vs Monkey D. Luffy. Fans can also picture true heroes like My Hero Academia‘s All Might getting flung into other anime franchises to see how they do, and see how one combat system stacks up against another. It’s already known that All Might is the top dog in his world of Quirks and caped heroes, especially in his prime, but other anime universes are a whole new challenge for the #1 hero.
All Might has the power of One For All, an energy-storing Quirk that allows him to perform devastating Smash attacks, and he also boasts peerless speed, durability, and agility in battle as a melee warrior. That serves him well in his own universe, but in certain other anime worlds, sheer strength isn’t enough. Many anime worlds call for specialized energy or weapons to win a fight, and All Might would struggle. Fortunately for him, other anime worlds would be much easier to survive with the power of a well-placed Smash.
It’s evident that My Hero Academia took a few cues from the famed Naruto franchise, including the complex, diverse combat system of Quirks, which certainly has a ninjutsu feel to it. The Naruto world, like the MHA universe after it, features a balanced mix of martial arts, fancy weapons, ranged energy attacks, bodily mutations, and even borderline magic such as the Mangekyo Sharingan’s powers and genjutsu. All Might’s Quirk is rather straightforward in his own universe, and it would feel even more like the blunt instrument it is in the Naruto world. All Might is strong, but he would struggle against the likes of the Tsukuyomi.
