In a few weeks, Crunchyroll starts with the German disc release of the first season of »Horimiya«. In keeping with this, the publisher now unveiled the design and extras of the Limited Edition. We summarize.
Disc-Release ab Juli 2025
The first volume of »Horimiya« is expected to appear on July 18, 2025 as DVD and Blu-ray on July 18, 2025. In addition to the first seven episodes in German and Japanese, this includes a collective slip, a booklet, four art cards, one poster, an IURA trailer and promo videos. The studio cloverwork was responsible for the production of the Romcom series, in which Masashi Ishihama (“Persona 5 the animation”) directed, while Takao Yoshioka (“2.5 Dimensional Seduction”) wrote the script.
The anime adaptation of the manga of the same name by Hero and Daisuke Hagiwara ran in the spring season 2021 and in the summer season 2023 in two 13-part seasons on Japanese television. The streaming platform Crunchyroll offers all episodes with German and Japanese voice output on call.
