On the official X-account of the anime implementation of “My Dress-Up Darling” (Japanese: “Sono Bisque Doll Wa Koi Wo Suru”), a first teaser for the second season was published today. You can find the video below.
Start in July 2025
The second season of “My Dress-Up Darling” is again produced in the studio cloverwork under the direction of Keisuke Shinohara (“A3! Season Autumn & Winter”). Yoriko Tomita (“Dead Mount Death Play”) writes the script, while Kazumasa Ishida (animation director at “Bocchi the Rock!”) Creates the character design.
The opening song »Ao to Kirameki«, which can be heard in the teaser, comes from the Japanese band Spira Spica, who already contributed the opening to the first season. The sequel starts on Japanese television in July 2025.
The twelve-part first season of the Romance Comedy series ran in Japan from January to March 2022 and is available in German and Japanese at Crunchyroll in Germany. A disc release will take place in a complete box in May 2025.
