In the March 30th episode of MBC’s Good Day, footage of the meeting between K-pop superstar G-Dragon and the aespa members was revealed. Former Weekly Idol MCs Jung Hyungdon and Defconn were also present behind the scenes, showcasing their signature hosting skills.
G-Dragon explained why he wanted aespa to appear as guests on Good Day, highlighting their unique concepts, charms, and achievements at year-end ceremonies. He mentioned that The synergy of the songs they’ve released so far has been great. I’ve been keeping an eye on them even while taking a break. When I attended MAMA recently, I saw them win awards.
Jung Hyungdon then shared that his daughters are huge fans of aespa and often imitate the viral ‘neck-grabbing’ choreography from their song “Whiplash,” which drew laughter from G-Dragon and the aespa members.
G-Dragon also found himself in the hot seat when it was mentioned that he was seen mimicking the Whiplash move, which quickly made headlines online. He was then asked to dance, and Winter volunteered to act as his dance instructor, carefully guiding him through the key moves. G-Dragon, who couldn’t hide his embarrassment in front of his juniors, suddenly said, I miss the members so much,
causing more laughter to erupt on set.

Meanwhile, Karina previously starred in the music video for G-Dragon’s ‘Too Bad’ which was released last February 25. G-Dragon was also spotted attending the second day of aespa’s encore concert on March 16 in Seoul.
